A huge thankyou to Miss O'Shea and all of the parent volunteers that came in to support this week's mini-marathon event. 

The children had a great time, and the sound of their laughter and their feet running past my office window has made it a really special week. 

I even managed to get in a few laps myself with most year groups!

 

It is also great to see so many children coming to school on scooters and bikes now that the weather is improving. A reminder please that the children MUST get off and push them through the school grounds. This is for safety reasons and to avoid anyone getting knocked into by a child on  bike or scooter. Our school grounds are busy at the start and end of the school day.
