3 Course Meal? Or just some new cooking ideas.

As you can see, these ideas have come from a recipe book but they are tried and tested by me and my family.

 

The soup can be a meal on its own. I love the idea to use cookie/icing/sweet cutters to make vegetable shapes - maybe it will make eating them more fun too.

 

The Risotto really does need stirring all the time, so, yes, your arm might be aching after a while, but that's better than burnt dinner!! I expect the risotto rice can be replaced by ordinary rice and will need less cooking time and less stock.
